职责描述
这是雀巢（中国）总部-雀巢冰淇淋市场部的实习生岗位，位于北京。
▌工作职责：
1、参与品牌战略框架及品牌故事创作，协助整体流程建设与文案撰写，并与跨部门沟通协作 Participate in brand strategic framework and brand story creation, contribute in overall flow building and copywriting, communicating with cross-function for cooperating
2、支持推进重点项目，包括行业观察、新品开发，参与内部系统中包装微调、 artwork审批等流程，并与供应商及跨部门跟进项目时间线 Support brand managers in key projects including industry observation, new products development, participate in packaging finetune, artwork approval processes etc. in the internal system, follow up key project timeline with agency and cross-function
3、为市场团队提供日常行政支持，包括但不限于会议室预订、品鉴室布置等 Ad-hoc administration support to marketing team, include but not limited to: meeting room booking, tasting room set-up, etc.
▌岗位要求：
1、本科或研究生在读 Undergraduate or post-graduate student
2、英语听说读写流利，中文写作能力突出 Fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing; strong in Chinese writing
3、有矩阵型组织多利益相关方实习经验者优先，有市场营销相关经历者加分 Internship Experience in working in a matrix organization with a diverse range of stakeholders is preferred, prior exposure to marketing function is a plus
4、强烈的主人翁意识，具备非职权影响力 Strong sense of ownership and the ability to influence without authority
5、具有团队合作精神，人际沟通能力强 A team player with strong interpersonal & communication skill
6、实习期间每周可出勤4-5天 Available 4-5 days a week during intern program
