职责描述
A VIC (Very Important Customer) Events and Activation Intern supports the VIC event manager in delivering high-touch, personalized experiences designed to engage, retain, and delight a company’s most valuable clients. Provides technical support in events & activation tracking.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• VIC Experience Curation & Support: Assisting in the planning and execution of exclusive in-store events, clienteling activations, and bespoke, personalized experiences for top-tier clients.
• Operational Execution: Supporting the end-to-end delivery of activations, including setting up and tearing down promotional materials, managing venue logistics, and ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Administrative & Planning Support: Preparing event timelines, checklists, and briefing materials; maintaining databases of client preferences and updating CRM systems.
• Logistics & Vendor Coordination: Liaising with external vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, printers) and assisting in sourcing, ordering, and managing event supplies.
• Post-Event Analysis: Gathering feedback, assisting in measuring event success, and compiling data on client engagement and ROI for future strategy refinement.
