About the Role:
We are looking for a highly innovative, data-sensitive Creative Lead to own the visual identity, ad-creative engine, and AI asset pipelines for Meitu’s flagship portfolio (Meitu, BeautyCam, Wink) across North America, South America, and Europe.
In this role, you will act as the master Creative Partner to our technical App Operations, Social Media and ASO managers. You sit at the exact center of Aesthetic Design, Performance Data, and Generative AI Automation. Your mission is to look at performance data (CTR, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs), diagnose the visual problem, and use an advanced AI-driven content framework to build a massive library of high-converting visual assets and short-form video variations.
In this role you will:
- Creative Partner to App Ops, Social & ASO: Interpret the strategic needs to produce high-converting in-app banners, social tutorial videos, and localized App Store preview screenshots.
- Data-Driven Creative Optimization: Actively monitor conversion data, CTR, and user-acquisition metrics across all deployed assets.
- AI Asset Library Engineering: Maintain a highly structured, scalable creative asset library optimized for AI models to automate and scale content creation. You will turn AI-generated photography or assets from HQ into dozens of localized, culturally resonant ad variations using advanced generative workflows.
- Visual trend localization: Translate viral social media movements into localized visual assets to match target audience.
We are looking for someone who:
- An experienced as a Performance Creative Lead, Growth Designer or Multimedia Producer within the mobile app, ad tech, or gaming ecosystem, 3-5yr preferred
- AI Tool Fluency: Deeply familiar with leading generative AI models and workflow automation to scale high-quality visual output.
- Data Literacy: Strong ability to analyze marketing data.
- Design & Editing Mastery: Expert-level execution skills across standard multimedia editing tools.
- Linguistic Capability: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (for visual asset and core design alignment with HQ) and English. Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is an asset to capture South American design nuances.
