职责描述
基本信息Basic Requirement
• 7月入职,持续至少3个月
• 每周至少3天到岗
• 每天 9:30–17:30
• 津贴:200元/天
• Onboarding in December, minimum three months
• At least 3 days/week on site
• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM daily
• Base Salary: RMB 200 per day
工作内容Responsibilities
1. 协助开展合规审阅(如材料合规性核查、流程合规性验证等)
2. 协助检索与整理法律法规条文、典型案件、行业合规动态及 RDPAC 指引等信息
3. 支持部门开展合规政策培训或工作坊的准备工作(资料制作、场地与日程协调等)
4. 协助进行合规相关数据的分析、汇总与可视化呈现
5. 支持部门日常流程与事务(如公盘维护、归档、会议纪要与追踪等)
1. Support compliance reviews (e.g., material checks and process adherence verification)
2. Conduct research on laws/regulations, case precedents, industry compliance trends, and RDPAC guidelines; organize findings
3. Assist in preparing Compliance policy trainings/workshops (content creation, logistics, scheduling)
4. Help with compliance data analysis, aggregation, and visualization
5. Support daily departmental workflows (registry maintenance, filing, meeting notes & follow ups)
职位要求Qualifications
• 工作态度踏实,具备良好沟通能力;英文沟通顺畅,大学英语四/六级通过;雅思/托福成绩优先加分
• 熟练使用 Office 基础软件,尤其 Excel 与 PowerPoint
• 无留用计划;研一法学院学生优先考虑
• Diligent, proactive, with strong communication skills; fluent in English; CET 4/6 passed; IELTS/TOEFL is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• No conversion plan to full-time; first year postgraduate law students preferred
