Department Mission:Our goal is to improve the labor productivity, calculate the manpower of necessary workers, promote KVP and provide technical training for employees in our company.IE needs to determine the cycle time, calculate the OEE and workload of employee, analyze and optimize the capacity, manpower demand and C-HPU (productivity KPI).KVP team is responsible for promoting the Group’s lean production concept. Coordinate KVP workshops to promote the improvement of productivity, work efficiency and work processes.Your Responsibilities:Daily measure cycle time of each line including series module base.On side check waste and record/feedback.Observe line balance situation and feedback.Observe direct area operator’s workload and feedback.Compare on side operator Qty reasonable with Point Plan.Line mini stop situation and feedback.Required Qualification:Education: Bachelor’s Degree or aboveLanguage Skills: Good in German and/or English.Technical Skills:Factory IE related experience is preferred, Lean production logic in plant, Basic IE knowledge regarding IE methodology/ Waste types/Efficiency, MTM analysis is preferred.Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
