主要工作职责：
The Middle School Performing Arts Intern supports the e ective delivery of the Drama and Music curricular and co-curricular programmes across Years 6–9. The role includes assisting teachers in running activities during Drama and Music curriculum lessons and CCA activities, supporting student learning and behavior, preparing materials and equipment, and contributing to the smooth operation of the Drama and Music departments.
Lesson and CCA Support
• Support Drama and Music teachers during lesson activities in lessons and CCAs.
• Support Drama and Music teachers in preparation for lessons and CCAs, including the
translation of materials.
• Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive, safe, and productive
learning environment.
• Liaise with external vendors to arrange for performing arts opportunities.
• Provide small-group or student support during lessons under teacher guidance.
• Support students in developing performing arts skills.
• When required, to cover Drama or Music lessons or CCA activities of absent teachers.
• Supervise students in recess and lunch duties as required.
• Attend all relevant internal professional development both for new and returning sta .
• Attend all department meetings.
要求：
1. 表演艺术相关专业；
2. 具备良好的双语沟通能力（英语能进行日常沟通交流）；
3. 工作态度积极向上, 勇于面对变化与挑战；
4. 良好的沟通技巧及服务意识；较高的团队合作意识；良好的多任务处理能力及良好的抗压性；
4. 每周至少能出勤3天。
实习时间：
每周出勤3天以上；
(注：包校为全日制学校，晚上和周末休息不上班；被安排超过正常工作时间的任务，另有额外津贴)
薪资福利：
200元/天（按8小时计算，每小时25元）
