职责描述
Purpose:
Aiming to offer the full support on different functions of People & Culture in Corporate Office, while assisting to offer the service of People & Culture to each hotel.
Scope:
1. Prepare the bilingual candidates' CV by following the Accor standard format, translate the resume into Chinese when required
2. Support candidates reference check process per request.
3. Support candidates online assessment setup
4. Post jobs on Accor channels per request, track the status, and close the job posting in due time.
5. Track all hotels’ job posting standards regularly on existing Accor channels
6. Update the job advertisement in veryeast align with Accor EVP and other standard.
7. Responsible for designing the topic and layout of the monthly hot jobs, issue the tweet every 5th via WeChat account.
8. Various translation task as per request, i.e., recruitment policy related, global project documents related and etc.
9. Others if need. i.e., update the China social Insurance and housing fund summary form; support new GMs’ Relocation and Visa preparation/arrangement.
