职责描述
Job Summary
Assistant for hair coloration new product development work: formula preparing and other lab works;
Assistant for design of technology demo: technology demo design/creation/modification;
Responsibilities
1. bulk preparing and storage test, physical and chemical test for NPD projects;
2. design for technology demo: include collection of demo ideas, validation & modification & document finalization.
3. daily documents preparing of R&D work;
4. help to organize technology analysis work in top/new competitors.
Accountabilities (Time in %)
1. 60% in formula preparing, ST and physical and chemical test for NPD
2. 30% in design for technology demo
3. 10% in other responsibilities
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor/Master degree student majoring in chemistry or biology related;
2. Interest in beauty industry, and have good experimental operation skills;
3. Basic skills in office software: WORD, PPT and EXCEL;
4. Good experimental operation skills;
5. Basic communication and reading skills in English
6. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and patient, active in work;
7. Good communication skills
