Brief description of the position:This position holds the responsibility for the described tasks for VWA, CEO, Technical Service, Technical Service Analysis Center(TSC). The position support vehicle warning data analysis, warning monitoring and warning weekly report Key Tasks:1. The position support the vehicle warning data analysis2. The position support the vehicle warning ticket management3. The position support vehicle warning monitoring.4. The position participate the generating of weekly report of warning5. The position support local homologation test of RTM6. The position support other allocated working of technical service analysis center (TSC)Qualification and skills required for the position:Education: Master or bachelor degree in the field of computer science, electrical & electronics engineering, mechanical engineering or automotive engineeringWorking experience: 6 months (Intern experience or working experience with projects )Knowledge, skills and others:Very good communication skills• Very good knowledge at Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PPT and Word)• Fluent in Chinese and English, German is preferred• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, mechanics and mechatronics• Self-organization (highly self-initiative, motivated and independent)• Customer orientation• Driver’s license and driving experience is preferred
