参与汽车 ECU 软件开发工具链的定制与优化，支持 AUTOSAR 软件配置、构建与集成过程的自动化，提升软件开发与交付效率
Job Description
Participate in the customization and optimization of automotive ECU software development toolchains, support the automation of AUTOSAR software configuration, build and integration processes, and improve software development and delivery efficiency.
任职要求
了解 AUTOSAR Classic 基本架构（BSW / RTE / SWC 基本概念）
具备基础编程能力（Python 优先），能进行简单脚本开发
具备基础软件工程概念（编译、构建、版本管理等）
具备良好的学习能力和任务执行能力，适应快节奏开发环境
Qualifications
Basic understanding of AUTOSAR Classic architecture (fundamental concepts of BSW / RTE / SWC)
Basic programming skills (Python preferred) with the ability to develop simple scripts
Basic knowledge of software engineering concepts (compilation, build, version control, etc.)
Strong learning ability and task execution skills, adaptable to a fast-paced development environment

有 AUTOSAR 或嵌入式软件项目经验
了解 ECU 软件集成流程（配置→生成→集成）
使用过 Git 等版本管理工具
有自动化脚本或工具开发经验
Preferred
Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR or embedded software projects
Understanding of the ECU software integration process (configuration → generation → integration)
Experience with version control tools such as Git
Experience in automated scripting or tool development
背景要求
硕士及以上在读（车辆/计算机/软件/自动化/电子等相关专业）
具备基础软件开发或嵌入式背景
能阅读英文技术资料
Requirements
Master’s degree student or above (majors in Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related fields)
Basic background in software development or embedded systems
Ability to read English technical documents
