职责描述
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing client presentation materials, coordinating client visits, and handling IT-related affairs for the experience center.
- Support the full-cycle execution and on-site delivery of various marketing activities.
- Manage daily administrative affairs of the department, including contract sorting, document stamping, and document translation.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Major: Majors in Marketing or Biomedical Engineering are preferred.
- Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook and other office software; capable of quickly learning new software tools.
- Preferred Qualification: Basic knowledge of MR (Mixed Reality) is a plus (not mandatory).
