职责描述
Position: M&A financial analyst, intern
Job Profile & Task Description
The intern, working under a M&A controller, helps to
develop and implement standard M&A valuation tools,
integrate raw data and prepare data and information for project evaluation,
collect industry and market information,
Ad-hoc tasks.
During this exercise, he/she could practically apply theoretical knowledge of finance in the day to day work, and get hands-on experience of M&A project valuation, financial and business analysis.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
2. Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis.
3. Capable of preparing files, maintaining records and documentation as required.
4. Skilled in EXCEL.
5. Senior undergraduate or postgraduate student in finance and accounting related major.
Attendance
Flexible. 2~3 days a week is favorable.
