职责描述
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Platform Learning & Exploration
Develop understanding of Lilly’s AI architecture and foundational platforms (e.g., CAFe)
Gain hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot)
MS Cowork and Copilot Studio
2. AI Use Case Development (POC)
Support the design and implementation of AI Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Assist in building AI-driven solutions to address business scenarios
Contribute to prompt design, workflow automation, and AI integration
3. AI Upskilling and Adoption Support
Assist in documenting AI use cases and best practices
Support internal communication, knowledge sharing, and training activities
Help drive AI adoption across the organization
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI tools
Familiar with Python or data processing tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Good English reading and communication skills
