乐高中国OLA（Our LEGO Agency）广告创意部招聘视频制作实习生!
LEGO Group is hiring interns!
OLA is world class LEGO in house creative agency delivering campaign communication locally and globally, you will get the chance to support the team and play a role in building the LEGO brand in China.
Core responsibility 岗位职责
1. 熟悉抖音、小红书以及海外Instagram等社交平台, 对不同类型的内容形式有热情有研究，善于观察社交媒体热点趋势，并提供给到团队最新动态，最新热门话题等资讯。
To conduct research identifying the latest social trends, topics, brand activities and competitors on digital/social platforms
2. 协助团队完成social内容选题规划，包括前期参与资料搜集、热点搜集、一同参加头脑风暴等内容
Assist the team in completing the monthly/quarterly social media content selection planning, including participating in preliminary data collection, gathering trending topics, and brainstorming sessions.
3. 能独立完成完整的社交媒体内容选题，包括策划、脚本撰写、制作拍摄、剪辑。
Independently complete the entire process of social media content selection, including planning, scriptwriting, production, shooting, and editing.
4. 视频项目管理协助：负责协助视频项目的全周期管理，包括制定与跟进项目排期（Timeline）、把控日常进度，并负责与供应商及团队的日常沟通，确保视频按时产出。
Video Project Management Assistance: Assist in the end-to-end management of video projects, including developing and tracking timelines, monitoring daily progress, and handling daily communication with suppliers and teams to ensure timely delivery of videos.

来自广告传媒、新闻传播、编导、电影媒体相关科系
Study in relevant marketing, creative advertising, media communication or movie industry
擅长视频制作、剪辑和策划
Good at video production including planing、shooting and editing
对抖音, 小红书等社交平台熟悉平台操作
Familiar with the social platforms and savvy with social topic and trends
认真负责且善于沟通
Responsible and good communicator
本科在校生，需提供在学证明以及学校支持文件。能尽快入职, 每周至少3-5天，持续5-个月以上
Work three- five days a week in the LEGO office and can work at least 3-6months.
You will need to provide the endorsement document from school and have valid registered student card
