Main Responsibility:Provide administration support to ensure special sale operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.Maintain/update office files, confidential records and contractsAssist the preparation work of projects/activities such as public/staff sale etc. (data download with initial sorting, order proposal, public/staff sale floor plan etc.)Tracking stock transfer program and ensure transfer note completed without discrepancyTo be the liaison for temp staffs of public/staff saleManage and distribute op service equipment & toolsRequired to work at warehouse for public/staff sale preparation & stock-takeProvide support on regular report (Sales/Inventory/ Store Service)Perform other related duties as requiredJob Qualifications:Education: University student or aboveFluent in English/MandarinProficient in Microsoft OfficeOptimistic, accountable, able to work under pressureAs a responsible employer, we are committed to ethics, diversity, and inclusion.
