- 线下市场活动支持及物料整理
- 线上市场传播视频素材编辑
- 业务内容翻译
- 业务PPT制作与美化
- 协助部门跟踪完成行政及各类盖章流程
- 协助进行市场调研,收集并分析相关市场信息
- 协助会议准备
- 参与协调与其他部门的沟通协作,共同推进项目进展

职位要求:
- 良好的英语阅读、写作、口语表达能力,作为日常工作必备
- 可熟练使用Microsoft Office Suite,Excel、视频编辑软件
- 6个月以上的连续实习,每周出勤4-5天
- 具有一定的文字组织,文稿撰写能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神和独立工作及思考能力
- 有责任心,愿意学习,做事细心灵活
Major Responsibilities:
- Compiling routine sales reports and verifying routine business expenses
- Supporting offline marketing activities and organizing materials
- Continuous internship of 6 months or more, with 4-5 days of attendance per week.
- Editing online marketing promotional video materials
- Translating business content
- Creating and enhancing business PPT presentations
- Assisting the department in tracking and completing administrative and stamping processes
- Assisting in market research, collecting and analyzing relevant market information
- Assisting in meeting preparation
- Participating in coordinating communication and collaboration with other departments to jointly promote project progress
- Completing other related work tasks assigned by superiors
Qualification & Experience:
- Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential for daily work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and video editing software.
- Possess basic writing and document drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work independently and think critically.
- Responsible, willing to learn, meticulous, and flexible in work.
