职责描述
Job Purpose
Support the finance team in daily operation, data analysis, contract management and operational and administrative issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Monthly / Quarterly Business Performance Report analysis
• Upload financial numbers to Cognos system
• Actual T&E tracking and summarize
• Monitor key player financials and update related PPT presentations
• Support Power BI reporting and data visualization
• Contract management, including status tracking, hard copy filing, and term sheet summarize
• Miscellaneous administrative help
Requirements
Education:
• Major in Accounting, Finance, or relevant
• Good at English
Experience:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance, preferably in shared service environment of MNC company
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of SAP or other accounting system operation
• Knowledge of accounting policies
Core Skills:
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
Others:
• Good communication, interpersonal skill and a team player
• Assertive, self-motivated and can work independently
• Able to work under deadlines and pressure
• 3 days available per week
