职责描述
CONTEXT OF THE POSITION
Data collection, inputting and process related to customer service activities.
Follow up and ensure customer requirements and claims are properly and timely responded to.
Help coordinate and handle customer daily on-site demands.
Support any customer service related activities assigned by the manager.
Support department administration.

EDUCATION: Undergraduate & graduate students in engineering technology or aviation electronics related fields.
EXPERIENCE: Customer service related experience
CERTIFICATION: N/A
LANGUAGE: Fluent English both in written and oral speaking
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Engineering background is preferable
ABILITIES: Good at office software
TRAITS: strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
DRIVER / VALUES: Proactive working attitude. Good team player.
OTHER: 4-5 days/week
