About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Intern to join our R&D department,
supporting ongoing initiatives in application development and data science. This internship
offers a hands-on opportunity to work on real projects involving low-code platforms,
application enhancement, and data-driven solutions in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and deployment of applications
• Support data scientist in:
o Data preparation and analysis
o Model implementation and testing
• Contribute to low-code application development (e.g., Power Apps)
• Participate in the continuous improvement of existing applications
• Work autonomously on assigned projects, from understanding needs to delivering
solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical
solutions
• Document processes, developments, and improvements
Profile & Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
o Information Technology
o Computer Science
o Data Science
• Strong knowledge of:
o Programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
o App development concepts
o Data analysis fundamentals
• Strong willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools
• Comfortable working with a significant degree of autonomy and ownership
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work on diverse projects and topics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally (Changshu site visits)
