职责描述
这是雀巢（中国）总部-雀巢专业餐饮的实习生岗位。
▌工作职责：
1、协助品牌经理推进重点项目（含传播与产品方向），提供文案创意和设计建议，并负责内部系统中的物料审核等工作 Support brand managers for key projects include communication and products, offer copy idea and design comments, take in charge of artwork reviewing in the internal system etc.
2、与agency沟通，跟进重点项目各环节的交付节点，涵盖包装设计、尺寸规格、文案内容等 Follow up key project output's timeline with agency, include package design, size, copy etc.
3、为合作伙伴及供应商拟定合同；通过SAP系统处理付款事宜，并与法务、采购及财务部门协同配合 Prepare contract for our media partners and vendor; use SAP system to process payment, working together with corporate legal, procurement and finance department
4、为市场团队提供灵活的行政支持，包括但不限于会议室预订、品鉴室布置等日常事务 Ad-hoc administration support to marketing team, include but not limited to: meeting room booking, tasting room set-up, etc.
▌岗位要求：
1、本科或研究生在读，有在矩阵式组织中与多方利益相关者协作的实习经验，具备市场营销相关经历者优先 Undergraduate or postgraduate student, with internship experience working in a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders, and prior exposure to marketing function is preferred
2、责任心强，具备在无直接管理权限下推动事务的影响力，同时善于团队协作，人际沟通能力出色 Strong sense of ownership and ability to influence without authority; a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
3、流利的书面与口头英语表达能力 Fluency in both verbal and written English
