职责描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support GHG inventory internal process & data system improvement, including emission source identification, activity data collection, and emission calculation.
2. Assist in ESG rating & disclosure projects (EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi) and gap analysis against GRI standard.
3. Support ESG system lightweight digitalization (e.g., Automate/Power BI).
4. Support the team members in high-level desk work prepared for President Office (keynote presentation, speech messages, etc.).
5. Support cross-functional data collection and indicator tracking (e.g., monthly ESG memo).
6. Other operational coordination and documentation within the department.
Key Skills and Competencies:
1. Bachelor undergraduates majoring in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, or related fields.
2. Experience in GHG accounting or ESG data consolidation is highly preferred.
3. A high-level and flawless English / Chinese writing is a must (ESG report / internal memo).
4. Competent in visual communication (e.g., PPT for internal ESG reviews).
5. Previous experiences in a business environment and with a business sense.
6. Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and efficient.
