职责描述
JD
- Translate and share VM guidelines from corporate/regional to key stakeholders
- Support on the seasonal window, advertising campaign launch
- Support on visual material ordering & delivery
- Support on organizing and maintaining clear record of window props, graphic, visual materials
- Support on turning design imagination/draft to reality
- Consolidate store display pictures
- Prepare monthly presentation reports as per line manager
- Support on contract, purchase order and payment process - ensure all process in compliance with corporate in-direct purchase policy as well as the global standards.
Any other works that assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Good aesthetic sense and creative
- Proactive and passionate
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different parties
- Multi-tasking and comfortable to work with cross functional teams
- Self-driven, result-oriented and able to work independently
- Humble, willingness to learn and improve
- Hard working, fast learner, well organized
- Good command of design & video making software – sketchup, CAD, Photoshop, AI, InDesign, Rhino, movie production…
- 琴棋书画 is a plus
