职责描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Retail operation documents management and filing
• Store/retail team payment & expenses requisition arrangement
• Coordinate with retail stores on operation issues. (uniforms, stationery, stock adjustment, customer refund etc.)
• Retail related reports preparation and consolidation
• Reconcile with vendors / external third party based on the retail projects
• Coordinate the communications with office departments for retail stores
• Other administrative work in retail department
QUALIFICATIONS
• Hands on experience in administrative support
• Fashion sense and brand knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred
• Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English
• Proficient Office software skill (EXCEL, PPT)
• Work carefully & proactively and be well organized

工作时间:4-5天/周,4-6个月
