职责描述
Responsibilities
• Daily facility and admin work, including maintains vending machine, facility storage room manage, meeting room manage and related facility issues.
• Assist in document filing work of upcoming Facility Projects(plan/monitor/handling)for the following Porsche China's facilities
• Assist in recording of colleagues’ complaints and resolve complaints together with Facility Manager/Specialist.
• Assist in communication with related contractor, such as cleaning company, security, greenery and all maintenance contracts.
• Support receptionists to handling stationary order and express delivery work.
• Handle other tasks supporting work assigned by facility team.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree
• Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, CAD)
• Fluent in both oral and written English
