职责描述
Position Description
•Verify and update the electrical equipment Master List (including MCC feeder list, motors, EHT, and VFD) to ensure data accuracy and completeness across all asset categories.
•Organize and improve existing electrical preventive maintenance (PM) tasks in SAP, and update PM forms as required to support structured and compliant maintenance execution.
•Assist in classifying and updating descriptions of electrical spare parts in the warehouse to improve inventory accuracy and retrieval efficiency.
•Organize, scan, and archive maintenance records related to Turnaround (TA) and PM activities to ensure complete and accessible documentation for audit and operational reference.
Value Added Contributes to data integrity of electrical asset records and SAP maintenance systems, reducing risk of equipment downtime and supporting compliance with maintenance standards.
Contribution Context Individual contributor operating at site level under supervision of the Electrical Power Supply team. No direct reports. Supports day-to-day operational and documentation tasks.
Work Relationships Reports to: Supervisor / Engineer, Electrical Power Supply Department. Collaborates with: warehouse team (spare parts), maintenance team (PM/TA records), and SAP system users within the department.
Qualifications Currently enrolled in an electrical engineering, automation, or related technical programme. Basic familiarity with SAP is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to handle document management tasks required.
