岗位职责:
Your Jobs:
1. 员工入离职支持:负责员工入职与离职时的账号创建/注销、电脑发放与回收;完成 HR 系统中的相关流程任务,配合 HR 及行政部门完成协同工作。
Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Support: Create and deactivate user accounts, issue and retrieve computers for new hires and departing employees; complete related tasks in the HR system, and collaborate with HR and Administration departments.
2. IT 资产管理:负责 IT 资产的全生命周期管理,包括统计、管理在库计算机及外设,制定采购计划并执行。
IT Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including tracking and maintaining in-stock computers and peripherals, creating and executing procurement plans.
3. IT 文档维护:针对已完成工作和尚未文档化的流程编写文档;维护SharePoint 上的 IT Wiki,以及对内的 Confluence 文档库。
IT Documentation: Write documentation for completed work and processes that are not yet documented; maintain the IT Wiki on SharePoint and the internal documentation repository in Confluence.
4. 团队协作支持:协助 IT 团队完成其他临时性任务。
Team Assistance: Support the IT team with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
岗位要求
Job requirement:
1. 基础知识:了解基本的IT环境,电脑硬件,熟悉Windows、IOS系统基本操作。
Basic Technical Knowledge: Understand basic IT environment, familiar with Windows/IOS basic operations.
2. 资产与文档能力:具备一定的数据处理和文档编写能力,能熟练使用Excel、Word等工具;有Wiki、Confluence、SharePoint等文档平台使用经验者优先。
Asset & Documentation Skills: Strong data processing and documentation skills; proficient in Office tool like Excel, Word, etc; experience with Wiki, Confluence, or SharePoint is preferred.
3. 软技能:细心、责任心强,具备良好的沟通协作能力,能主动配合HR、行政及IT团队完成跨部门任务。
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in communication and collaboration; able to work effectively with HR, Admin, and IT teams.
4. 热情与成长意愿:对IT工作有热情,并希望深入学习企业IT运作及管理流程。
Passion & Growth Mindset: Passionate about IT work and eager to learn enterprise IT operations and management processes.
5. 出勤要求:每周至少实习3天(可根据公司具体安排调整)。
Attendance Requirement: Available to work at least 3 days per week (adjustable based on company policy).
