职责描述
1) Digital Transformation & Automation Support:
Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation within the PMO, utilizing tools like Microsoft Power BI and Airtable.
Support initiatives to leverage approved data analytic tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Query) to improve efficiency in project reporting, data synthesis, and documentation. Help maintain and optimize the PMO’s collaboration ecosystem (e.g., Power BI and Airtable) for better portfolio transparency.
2) Data Analysis & Visualization:
Analyze IT on/above property performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in project delivery and system health.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Create visualizations that track program outcomes, portfolio health, financial metrics, and change management progress, enabling data-driven governance.
3) Platform & Portfolio Management Support:
Assist in building and maintaining a single source of truth for the IT project portfolio within the PMO’s aligned platform.
Help gather requirements and document new dashboard and reporting features.
Contributes to the creation of user-friendly apps and interfaces in Airtable or Power Platform to streamline PMO workflows.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, majoring in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (or similar BI tools - Tableau) for data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Foundational understanding of project management or portfolio management concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a passion for technology, data, and process improvement
