职责描述
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist admin team weekly paperwork, documents filing.
• Daily reception for external visitors, meeting room managements.
• Assist team for office events, company conference, seasonal decoration.
• Daily office working zone maintenance and machine repair follow up.
• Daily office stationery management.
• Daily internal communication with individual division.
• Daily external communication with external vendors.
• Daily Pantry management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Prefer positive, cheerful and optimistic personality
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Those with previous administration-related work experience are preferred.
• Able to stand alone with the spirit of teamwork
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Proactive, ambitious, flexible, and entrepreneurial; able to work in a startup environment
• Computer and systems literate
• Good at basic computer skills – Excel, PowerPoints, Word etc.
