职责描述
【岗位职责】
1. Participate in project management activities, support project manager for project document creating/signing/tacking.
参与到项目管理活动中，协助项目经理进行相关项目文件的制定，签署及追踪。
2. Base on project manager's requirement, keep active communication with project team members, to ensure corresponding project activities to be carried
out on schedule.
协助项目经理，与项目团队成员积极沟通，确保项目活动按计划进行。
3. Support project manager to prepare requred materials for sample production and validation.
协助项目经理，准备项目开发阶段的相关物料，支持样品生产及后续产品测试。
4. Be responsible for department warehouse overall management. Create/improve corresponding procedure. Analyze corresponding data and report to
higher level regularly.
对部门样品库进行统筹管理，制定及持续改进相应流程，对相关数据进行统计分析并定期向上汇报。
5. Support PMO to maintain project management big data, analyze correspondingly and report to higher level regularly.
协助PMO维护部门项目管理大数据，进行相应的统计分析，制作报表并定期向上汇报。
6. Support PMO to trace department KPI, analyze corresponding data and report to higher level regularly.
协助PMO监控部门KPI, 进行相应的数据分析，制作报表并定期向上汇报。
7. Other temporary tasks.
部门交代的其他任务。
【任职要求】
1. Be interested in project management work.
对项目管理工作有兴趣。
2. Be familiar with microsoft office tools, prefer to have good excel/ppt skills.
熟悉Office 软件，最好有良好的Excel/PPT技能。
3. Basic English reading/writing skills.
有一定英语读写基础。
4. Good communication skill.
沟通能力良好。
