主要职责/Your Responsibilities: As an Algorithm Intern, you are responsible for the described scope and tasks within …... · Develop and optimize large language model algorithms for various natural language processing applications, such as text generation, summarization, and language translation. · Conduct research to explore and identify state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies in large language model development and optimization. · Design and implement advanced algorithms to address complex challenges in language modeling and processing. · Train and fine-tune large language models using extensive text corpora and datasets. · Implement algorithms in production environments and optimize their performance for real-time language processing. 岗位要求/Required Qualification: · Necessary education: PhD/Master degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. · Personal skills: o Strong knowledge of large language models, such as GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) or BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers). o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. o Experience with deep learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers. o Solid understanding of natural language processing principles, techniques, and algorithms. o Familiarity with text corpora, linguistic analysis, and language-related datasets. o Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks is desirable. o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Fluent Chinese and Basic English
