We are looking for a motivated HR AI Project Intern to support the HR team in integrating data analytics, process optimization, and AI technologies to make HR operations more efficient, intelligent, and human-centered.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities and Duties:
• 搭建与优化 Power BI 报表，用于组织人员配置、人才发展等关键HR数据分析与可视化
• 参与HR流程梳理与优化，识别自动化机会，推动流程改进方案的落地实施
• 支持HR领域AI应用探索与项目实施，包括自动化工具、智能问答系统、内容生成等
• 协助AI工具与解决方案的搭建、测试、迭代优化
• 完成部门其他项目支持及日常工作
• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards for key HR metrics, including headcount, talent development, and organizational analytics
• Analyze and optimize HR processes to identify automation opportunities and support the implementation of process improvements
• Support the exploration and implementation of HR-related AI applications, such as workflow automation, intelligent Q&A, and AI-generated content
• Assist in building, testing, and iteratively improving AI tools and solutions
• Provide project support to the HR team and assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed
任职要求 Qualifications:
• 硕士/本科生在读，专业包括但不限于人工智能、信息管理与系统、计算机科学等相关领域。
• 保证每周至少出勤3天，持续3个月以上
• 具备一定的技术基础（Python、SQL、Power BI、RPA等自动化工具优先），对数据分析、人工智能应用或HR流程优化具有浓厚兴趣
• 逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强，主动性高
• 英文书面和口语流利，优秀的沟通能力和协作意识
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree，preferably but not limited to majors in Artificial Intelligence, Information Management and Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months
• Basic technical skills are preferred; experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, RPA, or other automation tools is a strong plus, along with a strong interest in data analysis, AI applications, or HR process optimization
• Strong logical thinking, learning agility, and self-motivation
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
