职责描述
Monitor purchasing process compliance
Make sure the process in compliance with ABB company’s policy
Maintain the key supplier’s base for the dedicated commodity
Commodity price list maintenance, contract & agreement for the key suppliers
Project bidding and supplier selection
Indirect / direct PO control, support End user to keep PR/PO process smoothly
Support Ariba process
Commercial Negotiation
Lead commercial negotiation with suppliers and make sure we have the most competitive price
Communicate with End users from Workshop to handle their requests.
Coordination between: End user/Project Team/SCM/Suppliers
KPI
Support SCM OTD target
Work with end users to solve the urgent case/special case.
Perfect and implement key commodity strategy by well cooperation and communication with end users, project team, engineering, etc
well understand and use SAP & PR/PO &EP system; Suggestions to improve SCM process
Further analysis required to create a big picture on the key supplier base position for ABB vs market i.e. competitor, customer etc. Make sure we have competitive price in the market
Job Requirement
Education and Training required
Bachelor degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or business management.
Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
Highly skilled at MS office
Personality:
Open mind
Willing to learn and able to learn
Can be “friendly” to colleagues
