职责描述
主要职责Key Responsibilities
• 协助处理高优先级项目的活动相关工作，包括与内部团队协调，现场活动支持以及更新项目跟踪表。
• 帮助整合团队内部的信息汇总、文档整理、系统运营等工作，以促进跨团队和利益相关者之间的沟通。
• 参与贯穿核心安全运营职能的结构化轮岗计划，以全面了解团队的工作流程。
• Assist with event-related tasks for high-priority initiatives, including coordinating with internal teams, on-site event support and updating project trackers.
• Be responsible for internal information consolidation, file filing and system support to facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in a structured rotation program across core Security Operations functions to build a comprehensive understanding of the team’s workflow.
基本要求Required Qualifications
• 每周至少提供三个全天工作日，至少保持持续六个月以上
• 信息安全相关专业者学生优先
• 曾有跨国或者知名企业实习经验者优先
• 良好的人际沟通和交往的能力
• 快速学习能力，做事积极主动并且有独立解决问题的能力
• 中英文的书写和交流均流利
• 必备的电脑办公软件操作能力如 （Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等等.）
• 具备充分的体力和脑力工作基础以支持频繁性的活动
• 愿意适当承担一定量的加班和额外工作
• 良好的抗压性并适应在快速工作环境中完成工作
• 3 working days or above per week commitment at least 6 consecutive months
• Information Security/Cyber Security related major preferred
• Previous Internship experience in multinational corporation preferred
• Good Communication and interpersonal skill
• Quick learning ability, initiative spirit and independent problem solving skills
• Good spoken and written in Chinese and English
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) are required
• Physically but more intelligently and mentally strong to support special events at frequency
• Willing to take extra working and overtime load when necessary
• Able to take pressure at fast-paced working environment
