岗位职责
1. 负责员工入离转职全流程材料的准备、整理与归档,确保人事资料的准确性与完整性;
2. 协助开展办公室日常运营维护工作,包括办公物资盘点、办公环境协调、行政事务支持等;
3. 配合完成人力资源相关基础工作,如员工信息更新、数据核对等;
4. 协助组织公司内部小型活动,跟进活动筹备与执行细节。
岗位要求
1. 本科在校生或应届本科毕业生,专业不限;
2. 英语流利,具备良好的英文读写能力,可满足日常办公沟通需求;
3. 每周可保证3天出勤,实习周期需持续6个月,能长期稳定实习;
4. 细心严谨,具备良好的文档处理能力与执行力,熟练使用Office办公软件;
5. 沟通能力良好,有服务意识,能适应快节奏的办公环境。
Job Responsibilities
• Handle the preparation, sorting and filing of all materials for the full process of employee onboarding, offboarding, transfer and position change, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of personnel files;
• Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the office, including office supply inventory, coordination of the office environment, administrative support and other tasks;
• Cooperate in basic human resources work, such as updating employee information and verifying attendance data;
• Assist in organizing small-scale internal company activities, and follow up on the details of activity preparation and execution.
Job Requirements
• Undergraduate student or recent undergraduate graduate, major unrestricted;
• Fluent in English with good reading and writing skills to meet the needs of daily office communication;
• Can ensure 3 days of attendance per week, internship period must last 6 months, and can intern stably for a long term;
• Careful and rigorous, with good document processing skills and execution ability, proficient in using Office office software;
• Good communication skills, service-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
