About This Role:
We're looking for an AI Engineering Intern who can use AI coding tools to actually build things. Not just play with prompts, but ship real features in real business projects.
You'll embed into different business teams, understand their problems, and use AI-assisted development to deliver solutions. Think of it as: you're a developer who happens to be really good at leveraging AI to code faster and smarter.
This is a hands-on role. You'll own projects from day 1, write code every day, work with real users, and see your work go live.
What does that look like in practice? You might build document processing tools for clinical teams, create data pipelines for real-world data analysis, or develop internal automations that streamline day-to-day operations across departments.

1. Use AI coding tools to build features, fix bugs, and ship projects across different business teams.
2. Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, then turn them into working software.
3. Build internal tools, automations, and prototypes that solve real business problems, whether front-end, back-end, or both.
4. Review and test AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and correctness before it goes to production.
5. Evaluate and experiment with new AI coding workflows, and share what works with the team.
6. Write clean, maintainable code. AI helps you go fast, but you're responsible for the quality.
