Responsibilities
• Assist the department in market research and analysis.
• Assist the department to update the real estate information.
• Assist the department to collect and sort out files.
• Assist with financial modelling & client proposals.
• Assist the department in other daily work.
Requirements
• Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills.
• Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan.
• Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
