Job Title: IT Intern
Department: IT
Work Location: Shanghai
Reports to: IT Manager
Primary Function of Position:
We are looking for an intern who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance support of IT application systems. This position will collaborate with the local IT team, business team, third-party suppliers, and US operation and maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our relevant application systems and improve user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of IT master data such as user information and permissions for various application systems.
各应用系统用户信息和权限等IT主数据的维护。
• Receive user submitted application incidents and submit them to the relevant operation and maintenance team for resolution. And track the status of the ticket until it is resolved. Schedule meetings between the operation and maintenance team and users to help clarify the issue or solution, if needed.
接收用户提交的应用系统使用过程中的问题，提交给相关运维团队解决，并跟踪问题状态直到问题解决，如有需要，组织运维团队和用户的会议，协助进行问题或解决方案澄清。
• Assist IT engineers in writing and formatting technical documents and managing CSV validation files for GxP related systems, including file editing, printing, signing, and archiving.
协助IT工程师进行技术文档编写和排版，以及GxP相关系统CSV验证文件管理，包括文件的校订、打印、签批及归档。
• RPA and AI daily operations and project support.
RPA及AI日常运维和项目支持。
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
• Undergraduate or graduate students in computer science, information management, business administration, or related fields;
计算机科学、信息管理、工商管理或相关领域在学大学生或研究生；
• Fluent English on reading and writing, level CET-4 or above;
良好的英语读写能力，英语四级或以上；
• Earnest, Open, action proactive and detail oriented;
认真、开放、积极主动、注重细节;
• Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility.
良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强.
