职责描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ML Model Operations Support
• Support Data Scientists in monitoring and maintaining machine learning models
o Assist in tracking model performance and stability
• Help prepare and validate input data for model updates
• Conduct basic checks on model outputs to ensure consistency and quality
• Assist in documenting model inputs, outputs, and logic for team reference

2. Model Results Analysis Support
• Collect and organize model prediction results and datasets
• Structure outputs into clear formats (Excel tables, summaries)
• Perform basic data analysis to support model performance evaluation
• Flag anomalies or inconsistencies and support issue investigation

3. Technical & Business Reporting Support
• Assist in preparing technical monitoring reports
o Model performance tracking, output quality summaries
• Support business reporting
o Translate model results into simple insights for business stakeholders
• Help create slides, charts, and dashboards for internal presentations
• Ensure data accuracy and clarity in all reporting materials

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data analytics
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel (required)
• Basic knowledge of Python / SQL is a plus (not mandatory)
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate insights
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
