职责描述
岗位使命/Position Mission:
Drive automotive design excellence by supporting UX research, prototype development, and project management across the design lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals, while cultivating industry knowledge through hands-on experience.
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
The intern position will support the responsibility as below:
1. Project Support & Knowledge Management
- Maintain design asset libraries and archive project documentation.
- Support review meeting preparation, cost tracking, and evaluation of emerging technology applications.
2. User Research & Design Optimization.
- Assist in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to extract requirements and translate insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Support competitive benchmarking and UX trend research to drive iterative design improvements.
3. Prototype Development & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Assist in creating digital/physical prototypes (e.g., Figma, 3D printing) and organize usability testing sessions to consolidate feedback.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (Design, Engineering, Marketing) to track progress and streamline workflows.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
• Language skills: Fluent English, German is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Figma.
• Team working spirit, problem solving and communication skills.
• Above bachelor’s degree and design related major
