JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述
Location: Changning, Shanghai 地点:上海长宁

Reporting line: Ecommerce Store Manager 汇报上级: 电商店长
RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
1. 协助负责抖音、天猫旗舰店/天猫国际、小红书等电商平台的日常运营与维护，确保店铺页面信息及时更新、内容本地化且符合市场需求；
Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of e-commerce platforms including Douyin, Tmall Flagship Store / Tmall Global, Xiaohongshu, ensuring store pages are up-to-date, content is localized, and aligned with market demands;
2. 协助上级制定旗舰店销售目标，参与目标分解（年/季/月），协助制定相应的销售策略与工作计划；
Assist superiors in setting sales targets for flagship stores, participate in target breakdown (annual/quarterly/monthly), and help develop corresponding sales strategies and work plans;
3. 负责电商店铺的日常维护、产品上下架及页面优化，协助完成店铺陈列调整，提升店铺吸引力与产品销量；
Handle daily store maintenance, product listing/delisting, and page optimization; assist in store layout adjustments to enhance store appeal and product sales;
4. 协助每月店铺活动的策划与执行，包括活动选品、报名、上线跟进，协助构思活动页面呈现，配合电商设计师完成页面上线，助力提升店铺销售业绩与品牌认知；
