职责描述
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Product team, you will be deeply involved in the full lifecycle from market insights to product delivery:
1. Market Trend Research: Continuously track industry dynamics, competitor strategies, and consumer trends. Produce structured market trend reports on a regular basis to provide forward-looking insights in support of product decisions.
2. Product Strategy & Planning: Participate in developing mid-to-long-term product roadmaps, and assist in defining the market positioning and core claims for each product line. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design and Marketing to ensure alignment between product direction and brand identity.
3. End-to-End Development & Execution: Translate product strategy and design intent into clear, actionable requirement documents (e.g., Gating Documents, Briefing Decks). Follow through on product development milestones, identifying and helping to mitigate key development risks including cost, technical feasibility, quality, and timeline.
4. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university. Majors in Marketing, Business Management, Statistics, Communications, or related fields preferred.
2. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Must have passed CET-6 (College English Test Band 6).
3. Strong logical thinking and structured analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable conclusions.
4. Detail-oriented, with high standards for data accuracy and documentation quality.
5. Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in parallel and delivering results on schedule.
6. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; proactive, self-driven, and adept at driving things to completion.
7. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
