岗位职责说明Responsibilities:
订单管理 Order management
• 负责订单下达,确保订单细节准确,协调物流、需求与供应计划员以及其他职能团队,确保及时交付。及时且准确地将发票及相关文件分发给客户、银行及相关方。
Order placement, ensuring accuracy in order details, coordinating with other teams such as Logistics, Demand & Supply Planner, and other functions to ensure timely delivery. Distribute invoices and other documentation to customers, banks, and concerned parties in a timely and accurate manner.
• 根据相关审批流程及既定政策、程序和工具,处理免费样品申请及发货。
Process requests and deliveries for free of charge samples with appropriate approvals and following established policies, procedures and tools.
• 通过紧密监控和处理返利及索赔,提供售后支持。
After-sales support through close monitoring and processing of rebates and claim.
绩效监测 Performance monitoring
• 积极贡献于客户体验关键绩效指标(如按需求交付、电商、问题解决率等)
Contribute positively to CX KPI targets (delivery as requested, e-Commerce, QS resolved rate, etc.)
• 超出预测订单管理(销售管控):与商务、需求/供应计划员协作,管理客户行为。
Orders over forecast management (sales control): work with commercial, DP/SP to manage customers’ behavior.
流程改进与管理 Process improvement and management
• 参与客户体验相关系统与流程转型项目。
Participate in customer experience projects for system and process transformation.
• 分析历史数据,发现改进机会(BOBJ、PBI)。
Analyze historical data to identify improvement opportunities (BOBJ, PBI)
• 成功支持LEM/LSS业务组合的混合运营。
Successful hybrid for LEM/LSS business portfolio
• 完成分配的临时任务。
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
任职要求Requirements:
• 本科及以上学历
Bachelor or above degree
• 专业背景不限,供应链管理优先
No limitation to Professional Background and Supply Chain management is preferred.
• 流利的英语和普通话(口头及书面)
Fluent in English and Mandarin (Verbal and written)
• 熟悉Power Query或Power PI进行数据可视化和报告
Familiar with Power Query or Power PI to have data visualization and report
• 具备团队合作精神,能与跨职能团队协作
Ability to play in teamwork spirit and work with cross-functional teams
• 有解决问题的能力和注重细节
Problem-solving aptitude and attention to details.
• 能在快节奏环境下多任务处理
