Are you a good match?
You are detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong team spirit and communication skills.
You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
You have strong verbal and written English skills.
You are interested in culture, art and creative industries; knowledge of contemporary dance is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
As a member of the VCA Communication team, you will support the preparation and execution of the Dance Reflections project, one of the Maison's major cultural initiatives. This is a valuable opportunity to immerse yourself in an international cultural project and engage with diverse partners across artists, media, and institutions. You will support team to: develop presentation decks and briefing materials, proofreading bilingual content, maintain organized documentation, support day-to-day project coordination and cross-functional liaison, assist the on-site logistics and operations during event periods.

Along the recruitment process you will meet HR, PR Supervisor and Sr. PR & Social Manager.
Special Note: This Intern role will start in August and end in Octorber.
