Key Responsibilities:
Manage global social media marketing programs, including influencer and content creator collaborations.
Handle KOL/KOC recruitment, outreach, and long-term relationship management; Track partnership performance (e.g., sample delivery, content quality, and deadlines).
Assist with internal program operations and workflows.
Analyze viral video trends and apply insights to campaigns, deep understanding of viral content mechanics on social media (e.g., hook points, audience retention, shareability).
Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns with high efficiency, ensuring on-time delivery and quality output.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s student in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Results-driven with strong campaign execution skills.
High-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Analytical, able to leverage data for decisions.
Understands viral content strategies (e.g., hooks, engagement).
Hands-on experience in KOL/KOC sourcing and outreach.
Familiar with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer culture.
6-month availability preferred.
