职责描述
Key Responsibilities
• Support the execution and coordination of chamber projects, strategic partnerships, and related initiatives
• Assist in planning and delivering online and offline events, including forums, networking sessions, company visits, delegations, and member activities
• Coordinate event and project logistics, including guest communication, registration management, vendor coordination, on-site support, and post-event follow-up
• Maintain strong relationships with member companies, partners, sponsors, and external vendors
• Assist in preparing project proposals, event materials, meeting documents, and administrative files
• Support marketing and communications tasks, including WeChat content, promotional materials, and basic design support
• Conduct basic market research and industry information collection to support project and event execution
• Provide flexible support to other departmental operations as required

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Internship or working experience in project coordination, event execution, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred
• Native Chinese speaker with good written English and basic spoken English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and handle ad hoc tasks efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in international business, chamber operations, or cross-cultural engagement is a plus
