职责描述
岗位职责（具体工作内容）
滴滴-战略商分部-数据分析实习生（战略方向）
1. 数据支持决策：产出基于实证的数据洞察，为业务经营提供决策输入
2. 数据驱动业务优化：通过量化分析、统计建模、AB实验、因果推断等方法发现业务优化点
3. AI赋能分析提效：使用AI辅助代码生成、洞察分析、报告撰写及汇报材料美观性调试，对AI输出进行业务合理性判断与校准，参与垂直领域分析模型的持续训练与迭代
1. Turn data into actionable insights to support business decisions
2. Use quantitative analysis, A/B testing, and causal inference to drive business improvements
3. Leverage AI tools for coding, analysis, reporting, and presentation polishing; validate AI outputs and help train domain-specific models
任职资格（学历、目标院校、语言、技能、性格等要求）
1. 在校本硕博，能稳定实习4个月以上，每周5天
2. 学习能力强，思维敏捷，对数据敏感
3. 掌握常用分析工具及方法：包括SQL、Excel、Python及基础统计分析方法
4. 对主流AI工具具备深度理解——熟悉其能力边界、提示词设计逻辑及常见局限模式，能够高效完成辅助分析任务，并具备输出质量判断、业务逻辑错误识别及垂类Agent训练能力
5. 计算机、心理学、经济学、统计学等相关背景优先，有数据分析实习经历或对数分/商分/战略工作有强烈兴趣者优先
1. Current undergrad/grad/PhD student, able to commit 4+ months, 5 days/week
2. Quick learner with strong analytical thinking and data sensitivity
3. Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, Python, and basic statistics
4. Deep understanding of mainstream AI tools — know their strengths, limits, and prompt logic; able to assess output quality, spot logical errors, and contribute to agent training
5. Background in CS, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, or related fields preferred; prior data analysis experience or strong interest in analytics/strategy is a plus
