职责描述
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
• Participate in the R&D of cutting-edge AI algorithms covering Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV), including but not limited to Large Language Models (LLM), multi-modal models, and image recognition/understanding.
• Assist in the design, implementation, training, evaluation, and optimization of AI algorithm models, especially for applications in intelligent cockpit or human-computer interaction systems.
• Responsible for or participate in the dataset construction, preprocessing, feature engineering, and data annotation quality control required for AI models.
• Assist in deal with daily tasks on R&D team.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
• Undergraduate or master's students (computer science, software engineering, electronic information, etc. are preferred) who can ensure stable internship duration
• Solid professional foundation knowledge, Familiarity with common NLP algorithm models (e.g., Transformer, BERT, LSTM) and/or CV algorithm models (e.g., CNN, YOLO, Faster R-CNN).
• Familiarity with the basic principles and fine-tuning techniques of Large Language Models (LLM) (e.g., Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning); understanding of related technologies like RAG is needed.
• Proficiency in Python programming; familiarity with at least one major deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Serious and responsible in work, proactive, meticulous and rigorous, with good communication and coordination skills and a sense of teamwork, able to quickly adapt to the pace of work.
• Candidates with programming project practice and technical internship experience are preferred, and those with experience in document standardization writing are preferred.
