【Main Responsibilities ｜主要工作内容】
A. Reporting & Documentation ｜报告与文档支持
-You will prepare daily reports related to Energy and Capex.
你将会负责 Energy 与 Capex 相关日报。
-You will prepare weekly reports related to Reliability, Energy, and Capex.
你将会负责 Reliability、Energy 与 Capex 相关周报。
-You will prepare monthly reports and AOP-related documentation.
你将会负责月报及 AOP 相关文档整理。
Follow-up & Analysis (65%) ｜跟进与数据分析（65%）
-You will attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes with follow-up tracking.
你将会参与会议并整理会议纪要及后续行动项。
-You will support to track KPI related to Reliability, Energy, and Capex across plants.
你将会协助跟踪各工厂 Reliability、Energy 及 Capex 相关 KPI。
-You will follow up with stakeholders on action completion status.
你将会跟进各相关方行动项完成情况。
-You will conduct Capex analysis across different categories.
你将会负责不同类别 Capex 数据分析。
-You will prepare PPT analysis reports for Reliability and Energy KPI review.
你将会需要使用 PPT 对 Reliability 及 Energy KPI 进行分析与汇报。
【Qualifications ｜任职要求】
-You with strong coordination and communication skills.

-You with good analytical and reporting skills.

-You with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

-You with manufacturing / engineering / maintenance related background is preferred.

-You with good English communication skills for regional collaboration.
