Responsibilities
Recruitment Data Support and Talent Profiling Analysis: Responsible for cross-border talent sourcing and data collection/organization across major recruitment channels. Assist the team in screening and verifying candidate resumes to ensure recruitment data accuracy.
Interview Operation and Coordination: Responsible for receiving offline interview candidates and reviewing their materials, participating in interviews, quickly handling unexpected issues during the interview process, closely following up on key post-interview closures, and assisting with the follow-up of successful candidates to provide data and administrative support for formal job offers.
Administrative Support: Actively participate in cross-functional and cross-departmental special project collaborations. Efficiently complete other daily ad-hoc support tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements
Educational Background: Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students. Priority to majors in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, English/Business English, Administrative Management, etc.; outstanding students from other majors with cross-disciplinary thinking are also highly welcome.
Language Skills: Possess good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (English can be used as a working language), with CET-6 or equivalent level (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) and above. Able to understand English emails and conduct basic oral communication.
Working Time: Available to intern 5 days per week for 6 consecutive months.
Knowledge and Ability: Possess good expression skills and an approachable communication style. Have strong logical thinking skills and excellent attention to detail, showing patience and a sense of responsibility toward tedious work. Possess basic on-the-spot problem-solving skills. Capable of coordinating schedules between interviewers and candidates.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, and fluent in Excel.
