Responsibilities
Support Training Organization: Assist in organizing and preparing various training sessions to ensure smooth project execution (including training room layout, equipment debugging, and preparation of training materials/supplies).
Support Trainer Management: Serve as the core liaison communicating with both local and foreign training instructors, assisting in scheduling courses and meticulously arranging their travel, itineraries, and other logistical support.
Innovative Activity Coordination and Preparation: Use innovative thinking to participate in planning onboarding welcome parties for new employees, and assist in operating Airbus-featured culture-sharing platforms (such as U-Talk, i-Talk, etc.) to stimulate organizational vitality.
Comprehensive Departmental Administration and Logistics Support: Assist with the team's daily administrative affairs, including meeting scheduling and minutes taking, fixed assets and office supplies maintenance, as well as document receiving, dispatching, and digital archiving, ensuring high-efficiency departmental operations.
Requirements
Educational Background: Undergraduate or postgraduate students in school.Priority to majors in English, Business English, Translation, Human Resource Management, Psychology, etc.
Language Skills: Possess good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (English can be used as a working language), with CET-6 or equivalent level (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) and above. Able to understand English emails and conduct basic oral communication.
Working Time: Available to intern 5 days per week for 6 consecutive months.
Knowledge and Ability: Highly organized, proactive, and responsible when dealing with tedious logistical affairs. Possess good multi-tasking and time management skills, and can properly handle daily administration and emergency support.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, and fluent in Excel.
